Impact of Giving

It is finally here: the feeling I have been working towards for four years now. As I handed in my last assignment, I couldn’t help but think about what the last four years here at UNB Saint John have looked like. I'll always fondly remember the bus trips to away games with the Seawolves soccer team - and even the late nights I spent studying and doing the work I never quite got finished on the bus!

My life has changed so much in the last four years, and I have this school and everyone in the UNB community to thank for it. Recently I was presented with a Graduating Student Leader Award from the UNB Alumni. I am proud to be part of such a prestigious group of people. With everything I did during my time here at UNB, I was never looking to be recognized or rewarded. I was simply soaking in all I could about the UNB experience. Receiving this award means a lot to me and I am so thankful to alumni that support it.

I wish I could personally thank every individual who has helped me in my journey through UNB, but the list is just way too long. I would like to thank all my friends, teammates, coaches, professors, advisors, UNB support staff, and alumni like you who have made an impact on my time here.

Thanks to you, I will forever be proudly UNB.
