November 19 & 20th turned out to be a weekend winner for our Men's Basketball team here at UNB Saint John. The Seawolves went head to head with Dal AC and came out on top in both matches!

Here's a quick recap of both games: 

Saturday- The UNB Saint John Seawolves defeated the Dalhousie Agricultural Rams 94-71 in ACAA men's basketball action. The Seawolves were ahead 46-32 at the half and never let DAL AC back into the game.

Will Legere scored 21 points and added 7 rebounds to pace the winners. Steve Ryan added 15 points to the balanced attack.

Robin Grouse had a big game for the Rams scoring a game-high 24 points and 13 rebounds while Johannesburg McEvoy also had a great game for the Rams with 23 points.The Seawolves now stand at 1-3 on the season while the Rams sit at 1-4.

Sunday- The UNB Saint John Seawolves defeated the Dalhousie Agricultural Rams 72-51 to complete a weekend sweep. Keegan Gray led the Seawolves with 14 points while Will Legere and Hunter Gray each chipped in 12 points. Liam added 10 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Cole Yuill paced the Rams attack with 15 points while Robin Grouse and Johannes McEvoy added 12 points. Grouse also had a game-high 11 rebounds.

The Seawolves moved one step closer to .500 for the season at 2-3 while the Rams dropped to 1-5.

Next up for matches the Seawolves take on University of King's College this Saturday Nov. 26 at 5pm
