This weekend will mark the 3rd Annual UNB Saint John Think Pink weekend put on by the Student Athletic Advisory Council. All proceeds raised during the weekend's events will go directly to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. This year there will be tickets sold on a raffle basket full of awesome pink items and a bake sale. Also, as a new addition to Think Pink weekend, with every game you attend this Saturday and Sunday you will receive a ballot for a draw to win a FREE IPAD MINI!
On Sunday afternoon, during the men's basketball game halftime, Jill Corey a member of the women's basketball team will be cutting 10 inches of her hair to donate to the cause as well. This weekend is a great way to raise money and awareness for a great cause, while catching some intense university volleyball and basketball action. We encourage everyone to bring their whole family out for the events and deck yourselves out in PINK to support the cause! $5.00 admission for adults, children free.
