Images of Research 2025 - Winning Entries Announced

Congratulations to Liam Brennan and all the winners of the 2025 Images of Research competition! This collaboration between the School of Graduate Studies and the Harrient Irving Library Research Commons asked UNB students to capture their work in a single image. This year's images will be dispalyed at the Hans W. Klohn Commons and the Research Commons on the third floor of the Harriet Irving Library. Come take a look at the Images of Research, including this year's winning entries:
First place: Tides of Change by Liam Brennan (Biological Sciences)
Second place: Sweet Illusion: Natural or Engineered? by Elena Vladimirova (Forestry & Environmental Management)
Third place: Organized Chaos by Zachary Titus (Mechanical Engineering)
Honourable mentions:
Plant and Bacteria: Symbiotic Relationship by Isabela Freire (Biology)
