Robert Burroughs is a PhD student in the IDST department researching the future of the Crown in Canada and its viceregal representatives. He is a recipient of the School of Graduate Studies Doctoral Recruitment award and was recently chosen as a 2021 Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation Scholar Finalist. As 1 of only 36 finalists in the country, this is a huge accomplishment.
