CAMH Difference Makers in Mental Health: Lee Thomas

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) launched a cross-Canada call for nominations of people influencing change in mental health and recently announced their 150 Difference Makers, a list which includes recent UNB grad, Lee Thomas (BA'15).
As a student, Lee started the #MyDefinition campaign at UNB, which is a mental health anti-stigma poster campaign. Now, Lee is an entrepreneur, a motivational speaker on mental health and stigma reduction, an instructor for Mental Health First Aid and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, and an employee with the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick.
