The Department of Mathematics and Statistics hosted a one-day workshop called "Hopf Algebras in (Co)Action" on June 27, 2014. The meeting was organized by Piotr M. Hajac and Bahram Rangipour, and aimed to facililate the exchange of the latest discoveries in the realm of Hopf algebra (co)actions. The speakers included visitors from Warsaw University and two UNB graduate students.
