During the UNB Saint John Alumni Awards luncheon a few of our very own Varsity Athletes were recipients of Scholarships and Awards! Way to go Seawolves!!! Congratulations!

Alumni Entrance Scholarship:

The Alumni Entrance Scholarship is awarded to students beginning an undergraduate degree program, primarily on the basis of scholastic attainment. The 2016-17 recipient was Josh Goguen. Josh is a first year Soccer player currently in the Bachelor of Arts Program.

Alumni Undergraduate Scholarship:

This scholarship is open to students who have completed at least the normal requirements for the first year program in which they are registered. Awarded primarily on the basis of Scholastic attainment. This year two of our Varsity Soccer players were the recipients. Antonio Duplessis from our Men's Soccer Team, Bachelor of Business Administration and Madison Long from our Women's Soccer Team, Bachelor of Arts & Education.

Alumni Merit Awards: 

The Alumni Merit Award is given to students demonstrating a special talent and showing successful academic performance. The students will be expected to use this special talent to contribute to the university community. This years recipients are:

Zoe Britt (Bachelor of Business Administration) Women's Soccer

Taylor McGrattan (Bachelor of Science) Women's Volleyball

Allyson McLaughlin (Bachelor of Arts & Education) Women's Basketball

Luke O'Grady (Bachelor of Business Administration) Men's Volleyball

Bruce Savoie (Bachelor of Arts & Education) Men's Soccer
