On Emily Wheaton’s (BA’24) graduation day last spring, the University of New Brunswick (UNB) history and politics grad had the opportunity to sit down with best-selling author, pre-eminent historian and UNB honorary degree recipient Margaret MacMillan.
Today, their conversation is more relevant than ever.
Wheaton and the award-winning author of Paris 1919 discuss misinformation, what makes a strong leader and navigating the world as a woman in power.
Emily Wheaton is a UNB history and politics graduate and former editor of The Baron, an independent student press on the university’s Saint John campus. Wheaton is currently serving as a parliamentary intern in Ottawa. This fall, she will begin her master’s in political science at the University of Guelph.
