Arc Clean Energy Canada Inc. has announced the establishment of an executive team, featuring three University of New Brunswick alumni.
William (Bill) Cooper (BScEng’86, MScEng’96), Andrew Dawson (BA’91, LLB’01, MBA’08) and Carol Lynn Landry (BBA’99) were announced as part of the newly established team. Cooper will serve as vice-president of engineering; Dawson will serve in the role of vice-president of government affairs and public relations; and Landry has been named vice-president of corporate affairs and human resources.
Cooper received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering in 1986 and a master of science in mechanical engineering in 1996.
“Being a New Brunswicker and an engineering graduate from the University of New Brunswick, I am excited to be back home after working many years in Ontario’s Energy Sector,” he said. “With this new generation of inherently safe technology, we will be developing in-Province expertise and supply chain to become both a local, national and international solution for reducing carbon- emissions.”
Dawson earned three degrees from UNB: a bachelor of arts in 1998, a bachelor of laws in 2001, and a master of business administration in 2008.
“As a three-time graduate of the University of New Brunswick, I am excited about putting my skills to work towards realizing the many benefits that ARC Canada brings to our province,” said Mr. Dawson.
Landry earned a bachelor of business administration from UNB in 1999.
“As a business graduate from the University of New Brunswick (Saint John), it is a great pleasure to build my career in my home province, being part of a team of senior professionals supporting the net-zero revolution,” said Ms. Landry.
Congratulations to all three on their achievements.
