Kayley Reed (BPhil'14) is the co-founder and CEO of Wear Your Label, a fashion brand dedicated to ending the stigma around mental health. Kayley is also a passionate mental health advocate, writer, public speaker and founder of Blogger's Brunch. She has been recognized nationally and internationally for her work, including receiving a 2017 Proudly UNB Young Alumni Achievement award, the 2016 Notable Young Entrepreneur award and being named one of top 10 entrepreneurs to watch in 2017. As an entrepreneur with a busy schedule and mind full of innovative ideas, Kayley's daily routines rely on organization, time management and self care!

Q: What is your daily go-to task or routine to help have a successful work day? A: Doing a morning walk and listening to a podcast always gets me inspired before I start my day. Girlboss is one of my favourites!

Q: What is your favourite organizational tool for staying on task? A: I wish I was more of a notebook person, but I always have a hard time keeping up with them. Google Calendar is my best friend. I have 4 separate calendar accounts for different work/personal things in my life!

Q: What do you do to unwind and clear your mind from work? A:  It's cliche, but I love a good bubble bath after a long day of work. Also, I spend a lot of time with my cat. Pets are the best self-care!
