Latin Squares techniques have been used in many statistical applications. In this talk I introduce the mathematical properties of Latin squares, concept of orthogonally of Latin squares and complete set of mutually orthogonal Latin squares. A Latin square of order n is an n by n matrix containing n distinct symbols, such that each symbol appears in each row and column exactly once.
