During that time, the HIL will be closed and many electronic resources will be unavailable. On Thursday, February 20 from approximately 6:00–8:30 p.m., there will be a reception for the Canadian National Negotiation Competition in the Mackay Reading Room. As a result, the Mackay Room will be unavailable at that time. Students are welcome to use their carrels on the mezzanine level, but they should keep in mind that it will be loud during that time.
