Dr. Harrison completed his undergraduate and graduate studies in exercise physiology at the University of New Brunswick. He completed a doctorate in exercise physiology and advanced statistical analyses at the University of Regina prior to medical school. While attending Saba University School of Medicine, he obtained a masters degree in hyperbaric medicine concurrent to his MD. He is currently a chief resident at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit MI in a combined Emergency Medicine / Internal Medicine / Critical Care Medicine role. Dr Harrison will be starting a two-year fellowship in aerospace medicine at the Mayo Clinic in July 2018. He is also a research advisor to both NASA and the Canadian Space Agency.
