UNB s Transition to Telus Status Update

UNB’s transition to Telus is nearly two-thirds complete, with more than 250 devices converted as of the end of May. Staff at the Mobility Centre are now contacting UNB cellphone, smartphone, tablet and data device users who have not converted to book their appointments. For faculty and staff in Saint John, Facilities Management staff will be in touch to confirm appointments for June 17. For faculty and staff in Fredericton who haven’t replied to a call or email from the Mobility Centre, please reply back at your earliest convenience to confirm your appointment. If you haven’t yet been contacted, please email mobilitycentre@unb.ca to arrange an appointment. Current available dates for UNB Fredericton appointments are: • June 19 (15 spots available) • June 24 (28 spots available) • June 26 (28 spots available) Appointments typically take 15 – 30 minutes and can be scheduled between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you are replacing your device, please submit your request via the ITS Mobility Centre website (www.unb.ca/its/mobility) at least five (5) working days ahead of your scheduled appointment.
