Need some help getting back to your desktop?Desktop Shortcut

In today’s busy and multitasking workplace, we often have all kinds of windows open on our computer at once– from Internet Explorer to Photoshop, sometimes as many as 10 different windows!

But what do you do if you want to get back to your desktop quickly and easily?

Windows 7 has two handy little features to help you out.

Notice that little rectangle in the bottom right corner of your toolbar? By clicking there it automatically minimizes all your open windows to display your desktop.

Another way to do it?

Simply hold down the Windows key and press D.

Are you using a Mac?

Push Fn and F11 simultaneously and you’ll be taken right to your desktop.
