Windows + P

Your laptop is fired up and your presentation is ready to go, but you can’t figure out how to get the projector to work with your Windows computer.

If you use Windows 7 or 8, you simply have to press the following two keys on your keyboard at the same time: Windows Key + P.

Just hold down the Windows key then press the letter P to toggle through your four different options:

  • Show Desktop only on computer
  • Duplicate Desktop on Projector
  • Extend Desktop to Projector
  • Show Desktop only on Projector

It sure beats having to do your presentation without your computer, doesn’t it?
