Given the financial constraints on many Canadian organizations today, more CEOs are asking to see a return on their investments and currently more than 5,000 organizations in Canada have implemented formal ROI methodology.
The University of New Brunswick, College of Extended Learning (UNB CEL) has partnered with the ROI Institute of Canada to bring ROI Methodology Certification program to Fredericton this winter. Anyone interested in learning about the program can attend a free information session in Fredericton on Dec. 3, or in Moncton on Dec. 4.
In today’s organizations, project sponsors and those who have responsibility for the success of projects are held more accountable than ever for the financial impact of their initiatives. Managers are being asked to show the value of their organizational improvement efforts, and more and more the definition of value includes financial impact.
Organizations that have applied ROI Methodology have reported various benefits, including improved programs, more support, better departmental or group image, secured funding, and strengthened working relationships.
The five-day program is beneficial to anyone who needs the skills to measure and demonstrate the ROI and business impact of all types of initiatives including executive education, human resources, learning and development, quality, marketing, meetings and events, green projects, and technology implementation.
Join Suzanne Schell, CEO of the ROI Institute of Canada for lunch and find out about the benefits of ROI Methodology Certification. Dec. 3, noon – 1:30 pm at the Wu Centre in Fredericton, or in Moncton on Dec. 4, noon – 1:30 pm at the Future Inns, Moncton.
