Writer Rawi Hage to read as part of Lorenzo Reading Series

Rawi Hage will read from Carnival on Thursday, April 3 at 7 p.m. in the Ganong Hall Lecture Theatre on the UNB Saint John campus.
Rawi Hage is a writer, a visual artist and curator. His debut novel, De Niro’s Game, won the IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and was translated into several languages. Cockroach, his second novel, was a finalist for many prestigious awards, including the Scotiabank Giller Prize and the Governor General’s Literary Award. Born in Beirut, he lives in Montreal.
The reading is hosted by the Lorenzo Reading Series and supported by the Canada Council for the Arts. Admission is free and all are welcome to attend.
