UNB hosts critical thinking and environmental policy panel

Critical Thinking, Ethical Decision-Making, & Environmental Public Policy: A Panel Presentation will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at 2:30-4 p.m. in Marshall d'Avray Hall, Room 143, UNB Fredericton.
The presenters will be:
Scott Dunham, from UNB’s department of philosophy who will present Virtuous Communities, Virtuous Ecosystems.
Mario Levesque, department of politics & international relations at Mount Allison University, who will present Ethical and Responsive Politicians: Why don’t they do what we want them to do?
Denyse Smart, director of legislative renewal & legal affairs with the department of environment and local government, GNB, who will present Pursuing the ‘Balance’: New Brunswick’s comprehensive plan for brownfield redevelopment & risk-based corrective action.
The presentations, sponsored by the department of philosophy and the faculty of kinesiology at UNB in partnership with the New Brunswick Social Policy Research Network, are free and open to the public.
