UNB hosts math competition

The 28th Annual New Brunswick Mathematics Competition for Grades 7, 8 and 9 will take place on Friday, April 30.
Students from across the province will travel to both the Fredericton and Saint John campuses of UNB and the Moncton, Edmundston and Shippagan campuses of U de Moncton to write a multiple choice competiton paper (in either French or English).
The examinations are written in the late morning and, with computer grading, prizes should be presented to provincial and district winners in the afternoon. While students await results, universities conduct tours and demonstrations at various university facilities.

Awards ceremony for UNB Fredericton will be held at MacLaggan Hall auditorium at 3:30 pm.
