Colleague maintenance: Some services unavailable Nov. 9-11

Maintenance work will be done on the General Ledger over the upcoming long weekend (Nov. 9 - 11, 2019) which requires Colleague to be shutdown. 

During the shutdown, some services will be impacted: 

  • Students will not be able to view marks, student account balances, etc.
  • Students will not be able to make course changes  
  • Employees will not be able to view, enter or approve timesheets 
  • Financial account balances, online payroll advices, vacation balances, etc. through eServices will not be accessible
