Relax with Meditation Basics

Let your worries slip away with a beginner's Meditation Basics workshop on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 1 - 4 p.m. No previous meditation experience is required for this Leisure Learning course and people of all physical abilities are welcome. Under the guidance of instructor Linda Morehouse, you'll experience four methods of meditation from simply following your breathing to listening to guided instruction. This is a wonderful way to find out which method of stillness works for you. This class is the first step in allowing your body and mind to relax, centre, and heal. Serenity now!
