Let Your Worries Slip Away with Meditation Basics

Relax and check your troubles at the door with the Leisure Learning 'Mediation Basics' one-day workshop on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 1 - 4 p.m.  No previous experience is required and people of all physical abilities are welcome for this beginner's level class. Under the guidance of instructor Linda Morehouse, you'll experience four methods of meditation from simply following your breathing to listening to guided instruction. This is a wonderful way to find out which method of stillness works for you and is the first step in allowing your body and mind to relax, centre, and heal.

Note: Please dress comfortably. No materials are required.
