All current students are invited to join UNB alumni for an evening of advice and knowledge as the Alumni Office hosts its ‘Career Talks’ events on both campuses. We appreciate the support of faculty and staff to help spread the word within departments/classes and to encourage students to attend this incredibly valuable event.

Following a speed networking format, students will sit in groups and will receive invaluable tips and advice from UNB alumni on four professional development related topics:

  • Ramping up your resume
  • Networking etiquette training
  • Optimizing LinkedIn 101

Plus, students will enjoy FREE LinkedIn head shots, one-on-one resume review, and a delicious poutine bar. This is a great opportunity for students to expand their network, connect with alumni, and gain a better understanding of how education and career interests relate to future jobs.

Fredericton event: Monday, Nov. 4, from 6 - 8 p.m., Wu Centre, Chancellor’s Room.

Saint John event: Tuesday, Nov. 5, from 6 - 8 p.m. Lily Lake Pavilion.
