Fall group fitness

A new session of group fitness kicks off Tuesday, Sept. 3. New this fall URec will be offering Mat Blast Express (Mondays at 12:10 p.m.), TRX Bootcamp (Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.) and TRX HIIT (Fridays at 12:10 p.m.).

All group fitness classes are free for students and base & combined members! No pre-registration is required. URec offers early morning, lunch time, and evening classes to fit any schedule. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels - from beginner to advanced!
