URec four-week Outdoor Training Program

Take your workout outside this summer - join URec's team of certified personal trainers for a fun and challenging four-week program! Registration is now open.

From August 6-29, the URec team will host a four-week training session consisting of circuit style programming that incorporates body weight movements and accessories such as ladders, cones and free weights all on the front lawn of The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER (RJCC).

  • WHEN: Tuesdays & Thursdays (August 6-29)
  • TIME: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (60 min/session)
  • WHERE: Grass area (in front of the RJCC)*
  • COST: $60+HST/participant
