Hats off to five faculty of management students for performing so well in the global Chicago Quantitative Alliance (CQA) Investment Challenge this year! Members of the first cohort of the Master in Quantitative Investment Management (MQIM) program, Huang Xu, Jiaji (Justin) Feng, Justin Arsenault, Lowry Zhu and Joseph MacCallum, applied the knowledge and tools they learned in their courses to managing a portfolio and placed 6 out of 48 schools from all around the world. Among the Canadian teams that participated, our team placed first!

This is the first year of the MQIM program and the first time UNB students have ever participated in the CQA Challenge. To learn about their experience, check out our Ideas with Impact blog post.
