Keep an eye out for Google Calendar scams

Do you use Google Calendar? If so, be wary of invitations from unknown senders.

Cyber-attackers are using Google Calendar invites with malicious links to try and infect devices and steal personal information.

How to protect yourself from calendar scams:

  • Don’t open messages from unknown senders
  • Don’t accept invitations from people you don’t know
  • Don’t click links in messages you weren’t expecting
  • Don’t open attachments you weren’t expecting
