IT service interruption on Wednesday, July 10 beginning at 6 a.m.

On Wednesday, July 10, from 6 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (1.5 hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB's campus firewall.

As a result, access to the following services will be intermittently unavailable during this time.

From on campus:

  • CANARIE & ECN services
  • Non-UNB websites and services (ex: Gmail, Facebook, etc.)
  • D2L Brightspace
  • UCard Services, including:
    • UCard Online
    • UCard Gift Deposits
    • UCard App

From off campus:

  • All UNB email
  • myUNB Portal
  • UCard Services, including:
    • UCard Online
    • UCard Gift Deposits
    • UCard App
  • Network drives (P: drive, H: drive, etc.)
  • Colleague
  • eServices
  • Footprints
  • CMS
  • All UNB webpages
  • UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN)
  • The UNB App

No email will be lost during the outage. All email messages will be put in a queue and delivered when services are restored.
