Reminder: New centralized services for print & branded material as of May 1

UNB’s new centralized service for ordering professionally printed material and branded merchandise is now in effect, as of May 1.  

What this means to your faculty/department: 

  • All quote requests and orders for printed material must now be submitted via Print Services’ online form. Exception: For branded merchandise only, please directly contact awarded suppliers to request quotes or place orders; payment must still be processed by Print Services. 
  • All payments for print and branded material must go through Print Services for final processing. Print or branded material purchased outside this process may not be reimbursed.

I have an outstanding order from before May 1. What should I do? 

Continue working with the supplier as long as the quote was requested and work was started prior to May 1. Financial Services will process your request separately. New orders placed on or after May 1 must follow the new process.
