Home Steps Program

Participants are needed for UNB Home Steps Program. Are you finding it difficult to exercise? Are you interested in free help to improve your health?

UNBF’s Faculty of Kinesiology is looking for participants aged 65-80, who are currently not very active to participant in the Home Steps Program. The Home Steps Program is designed to address common barriers to being physical active to promote healthy aging! Participants will complete a new home-based program for beginners that requires no special equipment. As well, take part in a health assessment, an initial consultation with testing to measure their health, followed a free training session to learn about home-based exercise.

This study is calling for people currently not very active.

This study is on file with the UNB Research Ethics Board as UNB REB #2019-057.
