Drop-in Week at URec

Students, faculty and staff are invited to take part in Drop-in Week at URec from May 6-12! During the week, drop-in and try any General Population or Aquatics class for FREE! Choose from a variety of exciting programming options such as CORE-Operate, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga for Power & Grace, Trim & Tone Pilates, Barre Pilates and more. 

Don't forget: The Spring Group Fitness schedule got underway recently and runs until June 29. This spring URec has lots of fun and upbeat group fitness classes ranging from Zumba, Indoor Cycling, Interval Training (Bootcamp & HIIT), Mind & Body (Simple Stretch, CentreFit+ and Mat Blast) and much more. The group fitness program offers early morning, lunch time and evening classes. All group fitness classes are drop-in and included in your URec membership!
