10,000 Visitors to Canada-Wide Science Fair and UNB

The Canada-Wide Science Fair is in full swing.  Public viewing and regional school tours will begin on Wednesday.  We are anticipating 10,000 visitors to CWSF and UNB over the next three days with more than 7100 local students registered to visit CWSF from Wednesday, May 15 through to Friday, May 17.   Please drive slowly and watch for future UNBers on campus!

The Aitken Centre concourse will be closed to the public from Tuesday, May 14 to Thursday, May 16 as we set-up for the CWSF awards ceremony and banquet.

Areas in the SUB will be available to the UNB Community during regular hours throughout the weekend, with the following spaces reserved for CWSF events in the evening:
Tuesday, May 14:  6 - 10 p.m.  Blue Lounge and Ballroom
Wednesday, May 15:  6 - 10 p.m.  SUB Upper Atrium, Blue Lounge and Ballroom

The following Kinesiology spaces are unavailable for the duration of the fair:
May 9 – 19  CURRIE CENTER, Performance Gym, Long Hall, Recreation Gym
May 9 – 17  Lady Beaverbrook Main Gym
