Harm Reduction Symposium: Keeping Watch

The 2nd Annual Harm Reduction Symposium: Keeping Watch will be held Friday and Saturday, March 29 and 30. 

This event is a collaborative initiative planned by healthcare professionals from Horizon Health, Public Health and UNB Saint John, and community stakeholders in response to the ongoing opioid crisis.  The events associated with this symposium will feature a variety of guest speakers who will address topics on harm reduction issues, strategies for care and policy.

The event includes:

  • Practical Training for the Frontlines (Friday, March 29, 1 – 4 p.m., Level I Amphitheatre at the Saint John Regional Hospital)
  • Reception (Friday, March 29, 6 – 9 p.m., The Cornerstone, Saint John)
  • Symposium (Saturday, March 30, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m., Level I Amphitheatre at the Saint John Regional Hospital)

Tickets are required for the Reception (free) and Symposium ($25.00), and are available on  EventBrite  No tickets are required for Practical Training for the Frontlines.
