The Saint John campus now accepting capital budget submissions for 2019-2020-SJ

In order to access Non-Space/Alteration & Renovation (A&R) funding, applications must fully meet the eligibility criteria established by the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission. These criteria are summarized on the link found on eServices>Financial> Application for Priority Funding at https://eservices.unb.ca. 

Important Notes:

Please use 11.65 per cent as the tax rate.

Faculty and staff computer requests are no longer being considered through the Non-Space process. 

A&R applications must be at least $1,000 and may include upgrade or repair projects. 

Non-Space applications must be at least $1,000 and may include the acquisition of eligible infrastructure, administrative equipment (except computers), furnishings (ready-made), etc. Non-space applications may not include travel, training or installation costs. Installation costs should be identified separately as an A&R component of each project.  

All submissions require supporting estimates in order to be reviewed by the Saint John Campus Budget Committees. In order to ensure that your estimate(s) are available prior to the submission deadline (set for January 11, 2019), units are invited to request their estimates as soon as possible.

On the Saint John campus, estimates for A&R should be obtained from Facilities Management at operations@unb.ca. Estimates for software and printers should be obtained from Information Technology Services at itservicedesk@unb.ca.
