Trends in Process Automation and Wood Manufacturing Technology-FR and SJ

The UNB Wood Science and Technology Centre will host a one-day symposium on Monday, Nov. 5 at 8:30 a.m. at the Hugh John Flemming Forestry Centre.   Presentations by guest speakers from local industry, the University of Alberta, NRCan, FPInnovations and other organizations will look at various aspects of innovation in sawmilling and secondary wood product manufacturing, plant automation and advanced technology for small and mid-size companies, mass timber construction and tall wood buildings.

Registration fee is $50 for staff and faculty; students are admitted free but must pre-register before noon on Friday, Nov. 2. Lunch will be provided.
