Ng Pock Too to host Speaker Series - Managing ethical business behaviour-FR

Ng Pock Too will be speaking on "Managing ethical business behaviour" on Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m., in Tilley Hall, 303.

After graduating from UNB in 1968, Ng Pock Too returned to Singapore and worked for the government as a civil servant dealing with economic development. Pock Too was a Member of Parliament, served as Political Secretary to Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, and later served in the National Trades Union Congress as a trade union leader. He eventually left the political scene to serve as CEO of the Sembawang Engineering Group and subsequently became the President for Asia Pacific of Hamilton Sundstrand, a United Technologies Company. In 1993, UNB awarded him with an Honorary Doctor of Law in recognition of his contribution to Singapore’s successful economic development. Since retiring in 2007 he has been an adjunct professor with the National University of Singapore Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and is Chairman and CEO of New Board Technology Ptd Ltd.
