CELLab Study - Substituting Aerobic Exercise with Resistance Training in a Home Setting -FR

Want to meet a personal trainer offering you a unique exercise program, which can be performed in the comfort of your own home at no cost?

This study aims to identify a new exercise program that substitutes aerobic activities with resistance training for men living with obesity.

You are eligible if:

•    A male between the ages of 19 or above                
•    Have no restriction to do resistance training
•    Struggling to maintain a healthy body weight

Benefits:

•    Fitness and health assessments in ONLY 2 sessions
•    Education on a resistance training program that can be completed at home
•    Being involved in a research study to help others in similar situation as you
