If you have experienced chronic pain for at least one year, and have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia for at least six months, please consider participating in a research study that explores whether anonymously writing about pain experiences in online six-week journaling exercises (20 minutes per week) can help people come to terms with their pain experiences and improve their physical and emotional well-being.

For more information, contact Sarah Penney (Ph.D. student at University of New Brunswick) at sarah.penney@unb.ca.

Note: Contacting the researcher for more information is not an obligation to participate in the study.

This study is on file with UNB’s Research Ethics Board (REB #2018-091).
