UNB IT services requiring log in unavailable on June 24-FR and SJ

On Sunday, June 24, from 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. (four hours), ITS will be performing maintenance on UNB’s login services.

During this time, faculty, staff and students will be unable to receive email from non-UNB (external) email addresses (ex: gmail).

Additionally, you will be unable to access any UNB services that require you to log in, including:

  • UNB email accessed through a web browser (the Outlook client on your desktop and apps on your mobile device will still work)
  • myUNB Portal
  • eServices
  • Colleague
  • D2L Brightspace (lms.unb.ca)
  • Secure.unb.ca websites
  • UNB SharePoint sites
  • UNB’s Virtual Private Network (VPN)

No external email will be lost during the outage. All email messages will be put in a queue and delivered once the outage is complete.
