Mindfulness practice helps reduce stress & anxiety, improve focus & productivity, build patience, increase compassion & heighten body awareness. 

Open to all UNB & STU students, faculty & staff.  Feel free to bring your lunch!

These 40 minute drop-in session are happening every Wednesday in June from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in the Group Room on the 2nd Floor of the CC Jones Student Services Centre.
