Mindfulness practice helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and productivity, build patience, increase compassion and heighten body awareness.

These 40-minute drop-in sessions are open to all UNB and STU students, staff & faculty.  Feel free to bring your lunch - Wednesdays, from 12:10 - 12:50 p.m., in the Group Room, second floor of the CC Jones Student Services Centre.
