Mindfulness in May-FR

Mindfulness practice helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and productivity, build patience, increase compassion and heighten body awareness.  This 40-minute drop-in session is open to all UNB and STU students, faculty and staff.  Please feel free to bring your lunch!

The next session will be held Wednesday, May 9, from 12:10 - 12:50 p.m., in the Group Room at UNBF Counselling Services.
