Faculty, staff and students, your presence has been requested to attend a World Café / Campus Conversation event hosted by the Office of Capital Planning and Property Development on Wednesday, March 28 in the SUB Ballroom.

The University of New Brunswick has identified an opportunity to enhance the on-campus experience of its students, faculty and staff.  The goal is to develop a service model that establishes UNB as a top tier post-secondary institution and positions the university to easily adapt to future service use and user needs.

The purpose of this World Café / Campus Conversation is to gather information and feedback from students, faculty and staff related to their experiences accessing the current UNB services on campus as well as to identify potential synergies and strategies to improved those services in the future.

The discussion during this event will focus on the potential of centralizing front of house university services to:

  • Create a service-oriented experience that engages current and prospective users.
  • Decrease user wait times.
  • Increase self-service options.
  • Provide service support for new to campus students.
  • Increase accessibility for all users.

We really look forward to hearing your comments!  Please RSVP on the doddle below and identify which session works best for you.
