Between March 27 and 29, UNBF's Security and Traffic will be in the process of moving from its current location to the Facilities Management Building at 767 Kings College Road.  The challenge will be ensuring that our unit remains fully operational as the move progresses.  Although we will be operational, some service disruptions are to be expected.

-    There will be periods of time where purchasing of parking passes or payment of fines will not be available as systems are switched between buildings. (Payment of fines can still be made at Financial Services).

-    Code Blue emergency phones will be out of service for a period of time.  Emergency contact will still be available through payphones on campus and emergency red phones.

-    Key pick up and drop off will be moving between the two buildings.

-    Monitoring of the e-mail account may be sporadic.

-    Lost and Found will be temporarily unavailable.

We are working closely with the rest of the Campus Operations/Facilities Management group to make the transition as smooth as possible.  We will have personnel monitoring alarm systems during the transition.  If our services are required during this time, please call our main line 453-4830.

Our goal is to make our service as seamless as possible during the change.  By the long weekend, we will be operating out of our new location.

Thank you for your understanding.

Director of Security & Traffic
