The Centre for Enhanced Teaching and Learning is pleased to announce two Visiting Scholars who will be engaged with CETL this term.  We are late in arranging and announcing these (my apologies), but we are pleased to have two visiting scholars who wish to spend their term focusing on excellent teaching & learning related projects.

Brenda O’Blenis is a Senior Instructor with the Faculty of Nursing in Moncton. She will be working on adding some flipped classroom and active learning methods to NURS 2171 Health of Young Families as well as refining the flipped classroom techniques she has used in her NURS 3082, Nursing Theories courses. Brenda will be working primarily with Bev Bramble at CETL during her time as CETL Visiting Scholar.

Leanne Wells is the Business & Economics Librarian with UNB Libraries. She will be working with our team to develop a set of five D2L modules on Business Research Skills, aimed toward students in the BBA program. Leanne is working primarily with Emily Clark on the D2L side, and with Jeff Mundee who will be supporting her in video development.  She plans to be physically set up in CETL during Winter term to be in closer proximity with our team.
