Exams stressing you out? You're not alone!
Drop into one of our free pre-exam mindfulness sessions to learn how to handle stress differently and improve the quality of your everyday life. Two UNB counsellors will provide you with tips and tricks on calming your mind and will lead you through a guided meditation to put your new skills into practice.
We're offering two sessions:
- Session 1: Friday, November 30 from 10:00–11:00 a.m. in Law Library Conference Room 2
- Session 2: Friday, December 7 from 2:00–3:00 p.m. in Law Library Conference Room 2
Both sessions will be the same, so you can attend either one, or both!
