Department of Geodesy and Geomatics Engineering of the University of New Brunswick (UNB-GGE) hosted a weeklong workshop on local geoid modeling in the last week of June 2023.

UNB has one of the best geoid computation methods in the world, and this was about boosting the skills of current users and starting work with them on an even better version of the software. The purpose was to discuss the recent developments in the UNB’s Stokes-Helmert method for geoid determination and the updates in the SHGeo software.
