Dr. Stefanie Kennedy, Assistant Professor in History

Stefanie Kennedy

Dr. Stefanie Kennedy is joining our History Department from the University of Toronto. Her main research areas include Caribbean and Atlantic World History; History of Slavery; History of Disability.

So far her favourite part of Fredericton is the Boyce Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. In her spare time you might catch her doing some nifty needle felting of feminist-themed tea cozies!

She is currently working on a digital humanities project focused on slave law in the Americas.
